Flavour profile

In true artisan tradition, this is a rustic handcrafted and stone baked organic sourdough. The sesame seed crust has a great crunch and leads to a grainy and full of flavour interior. Enjoyed fresh or toasted, a taste of sour notes is present with every bite. Best served with any meal through the day. It will leave bread connoisseurs wanting more.
