Flavour profile

This bread is ideal for breakfast, sandwiches or toasted. Not only is this loaf gluten free, it is does not contain commercial yeast, dairy, soy and emulsifiers.

    Organic Rice Flour (11%), Water, Tapioca Starch, Seed Mix (7%) (Pepitas, Sunflower Seeds, Linseeds, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds), Pumpkin, Sunflower Oil, Organic Brown Rice Malt Syrup, Non-iodised Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cultured Rice Flour, Guar Gum, Fennel Seed (0.1%).
